Role: 3D Artist

Task

Design and visualize a conceptual dream creative hub on a budget branded as The Shop—a futuristic, stylized environment where art, experimentation, and digital craftsmanship converge. The goal was to build a relatable space that represents a modern creator’s workshop studio and living space.

Process

The challenge was crafting an abstract 3D environment that felt personal but imaginative. I avoided traditional office/studio tropes, pull inspiration from mechanic shops, and custom signage—to evoke a feeling of organized chaos and continuous creation. To anchor the scene, I designed key hero assets that reflected the lifestyle and culture of the space—most notably a custom-modeled car with a personalized body kit inspired by the Acura NSX. Built from scratch to match the stylized aesthetic and theme of auto mechanic environment parallels to the modern creative process. Props were exaggerated in form but grounded in material language to strike a balance between playfulness and professional intent.

Solution

All primary assets were custom modeled—including the car, signage, interior structures, and workstation gear—built to reflect a cohesive visual identity. The car was designed with concept topology, and stylized chrome detailing, acting as a centerpiece and cultural signal of personality and flair. I used layered lighting setups with soft practical-style spotlights to emphasize depth and selective depth of field grounded the scene in a cinematic tone.

Results

The final piece functions as both a branding statement and flexible asset base. The custom hero assets—especially the car—double as standalone renders for content, and the modular scene layout allows for remixing into future experiments. The Shop reinforces the idea that 3D spaces can communicate creative culture just as strongly as real-world environments.
