1. Modeled to-scale digital twins of branded fitness equipment and full gym environments using precise CAD data.

2. Rigged, textured, lit, and animated key product functions and visual effects to showcase usability and form.

3. Matched brand tone by incorporating core visual elements that reflect and amplify the brand’s identity.

4. Created and applied custom, realistic materials, shaders, and textures to simulate accurate product finishes.

5. Rendered and organized scene files for clean delivery, ensuring all assets were optimized and reusable.

6. Developed custom scripts/tools to automate repetitive tasks, reducing production time and increasing pipeline efficiency.

Task

Valor needed a dynamic way to promote their customizable home gym bundles across different price tiers. Static images weren’t effectively communicating the versatility or modularity of their equipment options.

Process

I developed a multi-platform 3D animation showcasing the interchangeable nature of the gym bundles. Leveraging a pre-built 3D asset library of Valor equipment, I animated gear transitions in real time, focusing heavily on keyframe timing to ensure smooth, understandable swaps between bundle tiers.

Solution

A short, looping animation was created for seamless deployment across web, email, and social media. The piece emphasized clarity, modularity, and visual appeal—demonstrating the full customization range in motion. Results The animation boosted product clarity, sped up internal approval cycles by over 50%, and increased brand engagement and sales inquiries. It served as a key tool for both internal previews and external marketing, transforming a complex offering into a visually simple story.
