keeping few neighbors this far out at sea, the company he does keep are some of the wild birds passing through. Some of the local seagulls get cranky when the fish aren’t around due to his boat noises or music.

How it was made

My goal was to create a story using unreal engine and custom modeling all the props and setting up the character. The story is based around a character who built a dock far out into the ocean where the only visitors are the seaguls, which are always pooping on his deck.

This project helped me learn more about setting up environments in unreal using my own 3D models and assets along with setting up character rigs in the character creation process. I was also able to learn more about unreal real time dynamic lighting and ocean, and weather systems.

Since the style of this project was low poly I was able to develop a lot of assets in a short amount of time.
